Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Qualification: Identify, source, and qualify candidates for diverse technical positions, including Developers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and QA specialists.
- Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate both technical competencies and cultural alignment with US-based clients.
- End-to-End Management: Conduct recruitment processes with a high degree of autonomy and focusing on results.
- Communication with stakeholders: Maintain consistent and professional communication with both candidates and Team Lead to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Database Management: Keep the internal candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated with real-time information.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about trends in the US tech market to provide insights and improve sourcing strategies.
Requirements
#### Must-Have Skills
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English level (B2+ or higher) is mandatory for communicating and conducting interviews.
- IT Recruitment Experience: Proven professional experience recruiting technical profiles such as Software Developers, DevOps, Data, and QA.
- Geographic Location: Candidates must be located in Córdoba Capital or surrounding areas (Mandatory).
- Process Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles independently.
#### Nice-to-Have Skills
- US Market Knowledge: Prior experience working with North American companies or understanding the US tech talent landscape.
- Sourcing Tools: Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized sourcing platforms.
